Order Processing & Dispatch
At Tesseract Solutions, we know you are excited to receive your custom creations. Because our 3D printed gifts are made-to-order, we get to work the moment your purchase is confirmed. Standard order processing and printing takes approximately 24 hours. Once your item is freshly printed and passes our quality check, it will be securely packaged and dispatched from our Belagavi workspace within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery Timeframes & Tracking
We partner with reliable couriers to get your bespoke items to you safely. Standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 9 days, depending on your exact location—though packages frequently arrive even sooner! As soon as your package leaves our studio, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your custom print all the way to your door.
Service Interruptions & Support
While we pride ourselves on speed and efficiency, occasionally there may be unforeseen transit delays due to extreme weather, regional public holidays, or high courier volumes. If your package experiences a significant delay, or if it arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team immediately. We stand by the quality of our packaging and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
