Custom Orders & Right of Refusal
We love bringing your unique ideas into reality, but we do maintain a few strict boundaries to protect our business and community. We reserve the right to decline any custom print request at our sole discretion. We will not process orders that include copyrighted or trademarked material (you must own the rights or have permission to use the 3D models you submit), nor will we print functional weapon parts, highly regulated items, or designs promoting hate speech. If an order is canceled for violating these terms, a full refund will be issued immediately.
The Nature of 3D Printing (Product Variations)
Our products are created using advanced 3D printing technologies, which build items layer by layer. Because of this unique additive manufacturing process, minor surface variations—such as visible layer lines or small artifacts— are completely normal characteristics of the craft and do not constitute a "defective" product. Furthermore, while we strive for absolute accuracy, exact filament colors may vary slightly from the digital swatches on your screen due to individual monitor settings and material dye lots
